Pastor of Student Ministries, Dan Hertzler, has been married to his wife, Carrie for the past 12 years. Together they have three children: Damon, age 10; Haley, age 8; and Madison, age 4. Pastor Dan has been around ministry his whole life. For the past 11 years he has served as a full time paid youth pastor but also grew up with his father involved in youth ministry for 35 years. Pastor Dan loves sports, games, and to read, but most of all loves to walk beside students as they journey through life and discover the worth of Jesus Christ. One of his favorite verses is Philippians 3:7-8 “But whatever gain I had, I counted as loss for the sake of Christ. Indeed, I count everything as loss because of the surpassing worth of knowing Christ Jesus my Lord…”
Middle School Director, Dave House, has been in ministry for 18 years. He has a passion to see middle school students begin to walk in their own faith, and loves building relationships with them. His wife Leslie has worked alongside him for the past 14 years. Dave and Leslie have 2 little girls; Ashley (7), and Kailey (5). In his off time Dave and the girls love spending time together playing games, riding bikes and camping. He firmly believes in Jeremiah 29:11 “For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans to prosper you and not to harm you, plans to give you hope and a future.”
